  • Thong size (if applicable, for Anniversary Bundle orders)

  • Payment method (GCash or Bank Transfer)

  • Payment receipt (screenshot upload)

  • Age verification confirmation (18+)

Note on address (ticketing): the address collected here is used only for billing identification and internal analytics (e.g., understanding where our community comes from). It is not used for shipping or delivery.

Merch Form

  • Email address

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

  • Order details (items, sizes, quantities)

  • Payment method and receipt

Note on address (merch): the address collected here is used specifically for delivery purposes, so your order can be shipped to you.

2. Why We Collect This Information

We use your data to:

  • Process and confirm your ticket or merch order

  • Verify age eligibility (18+) for ticket purchases

  • Match payment receipts to the correct order and amount

  • Contact you regarding your order (confirmations, delivery updates, event details)

  • Ship merch orders to the correct address

  • Understand our audience through basic analytics (e.g., general location trends from ticketing addresses)

  • Comply with our obligations under Philippine law

We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to the above, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. How Long We Keep Your Information

  • Payment receipts (screenshots): retained only as long as needed to verify payment and resolve any order disputes, then deleted after the event or order is completed.

  • Age verification data: used only to confirm eligibility at the time of purchase; we do not retain this beyond what's needed to verify your order.

  • Order and contact details: retained for a reasonable period after your event or delivery for record-keeping and customer support purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

4. Who Has Access to Your Information

  • Your information is accessible only to the Von Dyke team members involved in processing ticket and merch orders.

  • If we use third-party services (e.g., payment platforms like GCash, delivery couriers, or form/email storage tools like Squarespace), those providers may process limited data strictly to fulfill their function (e.g., a courier needs your delivery address to ship your order).

  • We do not share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
